Leadership
The Story
Born and raised in Takoradi, my passion for sports took root at an early age, shaped by my father's dedication to nurturing young talent. He founded the Talent Development program in the Apremdo community, providing children with structured opportunities to grow in the sport of their choice.
This initiative was about more than just playing. It combined education with sports, instilled discipline, and opened doors for young athletes to thrive both on and off the field. Witnessing their transformation fueled my own drive to make a lasting impact in the world of sports.
"Since then I've carried that mission in my heart—the belief that sports can be a powerful tool for change. I've always known that I wanted to do more than just be a part of the game. I want to help shape futures."
That's why I founded Vase Sports. It is my way of giving back and building something meaningful for the next generation. Through Vase Sports, my goal is to support young athletes, especially those with limited resources, by connecting them to the right opportunities, mentorship, and platforms to showcase their talent.
This isn't just a career path for me. It's a calling. I'm committed to creating a system where talent is nurtured, dreams are supported, and potential is never wasted.
